We offer a wide range of flower bouquets, plants, and other floral arrangements. Our products are divided into two categories:
2.1. Flowers by Local Florists
All our floral arrangements are handmade by experienced local florists in your area.

Seasonal flower availability may affect the variety, and if a specific flower is unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar flower in shape and color.

Flower prices may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), and certain flowers may have a higher price during such periods.

The bouquets you see on our website are examples of what you will receive, but each bouquet may vary slightly in terms of size and appearance depending on seasonal conditions and local availability.

2.2. Flowers Delivered by Shipping Service
Some of our flower products are packaged and delivered by a delivery service (e.g., DHL, DPD).

These flowers are carefully packed and shipped to ensure freshness. They will arrive within 1-2 business days of the requested delivery date.

We aim to deliver all flowers fresh; therefore, bouquets may arrive with flowers that are not yet in full bloom to extend the enjoyment of the bouquet.

4. Delivery Information
4.1. Delivery Charges

4.2. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery Times: Our deliveries occur on weekdays between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm and on Saturdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Peak Periods: During busy periods like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, delivery times may extend, and deliveries may occur between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.

Same-Day Delivery: For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 am on Saturdays.

Public Holidays: We do not guarantee deliveries on public holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Day). Orders for these dates will be delivered on the closest business day before or after.

4.3. Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is not at the address during delivery, our delivery partner will leave a notice, and the flowers may be picked up from a local facility or florist.

If delivery to a hospital or other sensitive location is required, we recommend confirming with the facility whether flowers can be delivered, as some places have restrictions (e.g., intensive care units).

6.2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method for the refund unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
You are responsible for returning the goods, and the costs of returning the items will be borne by you. You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal.
6.3. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that can spoil quickly, such as flowers and plants.

Personalized items or goods made to your specifications.

8. Liability and Force Majeure
